Established in late summer 2022, Prime Thyme Kitchen is an adaption of award-winning event caterers, Plenty of Thyme. Our offering is simple. To create and serve delicious, high-end street food for any festival or large-scale event. Prime Thyme is brought to you by the owner of Plenty of Thyme, Dave Double, and his good friend Matthew Wright, who has years of experience in the hospitality industry.
With multiple options for creating quick, but mouth-watering street food from our 23ft iFor Williams Catering trailer, plus a full gazebo setup, no venue or location is a barrier for us. Our ethos is very much the same as Plenty of Thyme, creating incredible street food made from local produce, served with love and attention.
From short window events to whole weekends, we can provide tailored menus to your specific requirements. Alternatively, we have a lovingly created menu offering a range of street foods from around the world, all of which include a vegetarian option. You can view our street food options below.
Our signature burger is called the PTK and consists of a locally sourced beef patty, bacon jam, crisp shallot rings and watercress mayo served in a locally sourced brioche bun.
But high-end, heavenly burgers are not all we have to offer. As innovative chefs always looking to push ourselves, we love nothing more than working with you to create a menu that perfectly matches your event requirements. This could include loaded fries, gourmet wraps, bao buns, open flatbreads and much much more!
